About the award
The ECL ECToH Young Professional award is to recognize and support newer careerist professionals that have advanced tobacco control including areas of research, advocacy, policy and practice. The award is to be granted to participants based on the quality of the abstract submitted to the conference.
The winner will receive the ECL/ECToH Young Professional Award from the President of the Association of European Cancer Leagues (ECL), professor Tezer Kutluk. The Award will include a grant of €3.000. This grant is to be used by the recipient to support attendance to the next WCToH congress (travel, accommodation, etc) in order to present the Award winners work and maintain his/her network at global level. ECToH will provide the other nominees with a €500 grant to cover part of the costs made for ECToH.
The Award winning ceremony will take place Tuesday March 29 during the dinner and entertainment evening. The three nominees are:
