Andrea Marchese is a professional with a background in economic anthropology and solid experience in analyzing organizational, social, and economic change. His career has developed at the intersection of sustainability, social responsibility, corporate welfare, compliance, and risk analysis, with a constant focus on the relationship between people, contexts, and the transformation of work.

During his experience at LILT Milano Monza Brianza, within the Corporate Primary Prevention area, he designed workplace health promotion programs tailored to partner companies. He worked on projects dedicated to smoking cessation, psychophysical well-being, and healthy eating awareness, supporting each initiative with careful evaluation of its effectiveness and outcomes.

He later consolidated his experience in the definition and oversight of ESG strategies, CSR processes, management systems, and projects with high social and environmental impact, coordinating initiatives capable of creating concrete connections between businesses, local communities, and diverse stakeholders.

Today, he focuses on emerging, reputational, and strategic risks, integrating qualitative context analysis, quantitative reading of signals, and forward-looking assessment of business impacts. His approach combines sensitivity to complexity with analytical rigor, with the aim of turning complex phenomena into useful interpretive frameworks that support more informed decision-making.
