Director Fondation Cancer Luxembourg

Holding a Master’s degree in Communication and a Master’s in Management & Coaching in the Social Sector, she has built her career at the crossroads of strategic communication, public service, and social impact leadership.

She began her professional journey as an Account Manager in an advertising agency, where she oversaw several major clients, including the communication budget of Post & Télécoms Luxembourg. This role enabled her to develop strong expertise in strategic communication, brand positioning, and stakeholder management.

She subsequently joined Post & Télécoms Luxembourg on the client side as Head of Communications for the telecommunications division. Over a 12-year period, she played a key role in shaping and steering communication strategies within a rapidly evolving and highly competitive market environment.

Motivated by a desire to contribute to a broader social mission, she transitioned to the public sector and joined the Office national de l’enfance, a public administration under the Ministry of Family Affairs responsible for supporting children and families facing psychosocial distress. She served as Head of Communications for 11 years, including the last four as Deputy Director. In this capacity, she combined operational leadership with strategic oversight, contributing to organizational development and fostering public engagement around sensitive social issues.

In April 2024, seeking a new professional challenge and an even greater societal impact, she was appointed Director of the Fondation Cancer Luxembourg. In this role, she leads the foundation’s mission to support people affected by cancer and their families, promote prevention, and advocate for public health awareness in Luxembourg.
