Accreditation & shooting/photography permits
As a media representative you can apply for accreditation online here up to and including 6 February 2020. Please enclose a scan of your press card. Accreditation is only valid after e-mail confirmation by the ECToH 2020 press office. If you do not have a press card, please upload one of these documents as a scan:
- current voucher copy stating your editorial function in the imprint
- a letter of assignment from your editor-in-chief
- Editorial pass
- Screenshot and Internet address of your published and named texts
Television/video teams and photographers also require permission to shoot or take photographs. The press office will contact you if you have made a corresponding reference in the accreditation form. Please note: The permission only refers to general motifs of the 8th European Conference on Tobacco or Health, and only in the scientific field. All other recordings are not permitted.
The photo/filming permission is not a blanket permission for taking pictures within sessions, especially of presentations. Please clarify any recordings within sessions in advance with the respective speakers and session chairpersons. When photographing persons at the congress, their personal consent to the transmission/use of the photograph must of course be obtained.
