Ms. Hanna Ollila is a Senior Specialist at the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL), with a background in social psychology from the University of Helsinki (MSSc, Doctoral researcher). Her work centers on youth tobacco and nicotine use and on measures to achieve Finland’s tobacco endgame goal (<5% tobacco and nicotine use by 2030). She led a Work Package on tobacco endgame in the EU Joint Action on Tobacco Control 2, and was a member of the WHO FCTC Article 2.1 Expert Group. Currently, she contributes to policy implementation work and thematic coordination on tobacco in JA PreventNCD and leads forward‑looking tobacco control tasks in JA-SAFE. She also leads the WHO FCTC Knowledge Hub on Surveillance, supporting global implementation of Article 20 of the Convention.
