Dr Alexa Segal is a Health Economist and Public Health Policy Analyst at the OECD in Paris, working in the Health Division’s Public Health Unit. She leads the OECD’s work on fiscal policy for public health, including tobacco taxation work in Latin America and the Caribbean and more recently in South East Europe, where she has worked closely with Ministries of Finance and Ministries of Health.
