Attendance recording
Please scan the QR code on your badge once a day at the "LogSys" station in front of the "Budapest" room (Hall 7.2b) next to the stand of the EU Commission. Otherwise you will not receive any continuing education points for this day. You will receive an e-mail for the download of your certificate of participation (collected for all days visited) approx. 2 weeks after the ECToH 2020.

Program
For a general overview of the program, pocket books are available in the area of the counter and in front of the lecture halls. As long as stocks last, there is also a detailed program booklet which you can download here.

Congress kit and name badge
Upon registration you will receive a congress kit that includes the printed material of the congress and your name badge. Please carry your name badge at all times during the congress and to all official congress events.

Wardrobe
The wardrobe is located in the foyer at the rear end of the Communication Hall (Hall A). Prices are €2.50 per item of clothing and €5.00 per item of luggage.

ATM/Bank
You will find an ATM outside the CityCube - directly on the forecourt between CityCube and Messe Süd. The ATM is within walking distance.

Internet/WLAN
During the congress free WLAN is available on the whole congress area.

Charging station mobile/tablet
You will find a charging station at the stand of the German Cancer Society in the Communication Hall (Hall A).

Visas & invitation letters
Participants from some countries may require a visa in order to travel to Germany. Participants are requested to check with their local German Consulate/Embassy well in advance of their travel date.
It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa.
Please note: The congress chair or congress organizer cannot issue individual invitation letters for visa applications.

Liability & insurance
The congress organizers cannot accept any liability for personal accidents or loss of/damage to private property of participants of the ECToH 2020.
